Old Perth Morrison & Mackay blended malt, 1994 23 year, 45,0%, Old Perth Scotch Whisky was originally created by the Thomson family at the beginning of 1900. These were well-known grocers in Perth, then the center of the whisky in Scotland. However, at the end of the 70 years, the brand disappeared from the market. In 2013 brought back to life by Kenny Mackay as an ode to the rich whisky life of the city of Perth and is now the only blended whisky made in Perthshire. Together with the Morrison family, the MacKay family has the company Morrison & MacKay Ltd., located in the middle of the barley fields at their Aberargie Distillery in Aberargy, Perth, Scotland. This distillery already produces whisky, but we will have to wait for the first bottling.

Nose: A blended grain with a nose of red fruit, warm apple pie. A soft cognac in the nose with toffee and light chocolate
Taste: warm jelly and dark caramel. You taste almost the old oak with the delicious cognac influences. Delicious hot chocolate with a hint of cinnamon.
