The distillery was founded in 1898 and was built by Adam Teacher.

Almost the complete production is used for the blended scotch whisky’s “Teachers”.

Nose:      Gentle smoke, a heath on fire and malt with brown sugar
Taste:     Turkish cigarettes and strong Lapsang Souchong tea
Finish:    Smoke with coconut and nuts.
