The distillery is situated in the Speyside region and is named after the village. It is rather particular that the sigboard on the building still states”Whitehorse Distillery Ltd”. The 1st owner was the inventor of the white horse whisky. Only 2% of the current production is bottled as a single malt whisky.
Nose: Peppermint, puff of smoke
Taste: Brown bread, oily
Finish: Spicy and round
