Hibernia Distillers Hyde No 2, 10 jaar single malt n.c.f., dark Caribbean rum cask finish, 46%, 0,7L Distilled in a copper pot still, aged in flame charred, first fill, oak bourbon casks and finished in vintage sherry casks. Cut in small batches with fresh West Cork spring water and non-cill filtered for more taste and a more original character. The silky Hyde whiskey is now married with the notes of sweet rum, a hint of banana, lime and ginger. Cherries with chocolate. Another great and tasty Irish whiskey!!
