A blended malt from Speyside various whisky’s matured in sherry butts and Bourbon Hogs Heads. Nice mix of young and old (er) whiskeys. Named after the recently deceased dog from Fred Laing.
Nose: Rich seasoned with delicious vanilla, stewed fruit and currant
Taste: Dark chocolate with spices and more ripe red fruit
Finish: Orange and fruitcake
