A blended malt from various Highlandwhisky’s, such as Blair Athol, Glen Garico, Dalmore & Glengoyne . Nice mix of young and old (er) whisky’s. Named after the mouse in Robert Burn’s poem ”to a mouse”.
Nose: Overridingly sweet initially, warming to floral, light barley & spicy honey
Taste: Opens spicy, than fructiferous, mellow, sugary & raisin-fudge-y
Finish: Subtle yet sweet, soft cough drop camphor/oaky hint plus milky cereals.
