Built in 1960 and sold in 1972 to William Lawson. The condensers on the stills are placed horizontally to get the best cooling. The whisky barrels are used four times and maintained in their own cooperage.
Nose: Modest despite the high alcohol percenatge. Raisin and Balsa wood
Taste: Full and moutcoating, ginger, pleasant infuences of wood. With water fresher with apples, cinnamon and balsamic vinegar
Finish: Very long, firm and slightly briny.
