The distillery is located north of Glasgow. The malt is not dried with peat but with hot air. The malt character is light, because they use a slow distilling process.

Nose: Sweet barley with soft vanilla, citric concentrate tone.
Taste: Really sweet fructiferous palate showing big barley sugar with gentle spices around it.
Finish: Young but carries a hard candy character, ultra sweet dark sugary finish
