The latest distillery on Islay, which opened in 2005 and is located on a farm, which also produces some of the barley. Capacity is max. only 150000L so bottlings will remain scarce.
Nose: Lemon , citrus and butterscotch are prominent with soft peaty aromas in the background.
Taste: Soft sweetness first and peat smoke and ripe fruit following.
Finish: Long, clean and sweet with peat smoke and soft fruits at the end.
