The distillery is located southwest of the village of Aberlour and belongs to the Diageo Group. Remarkably, the stills have no gooseneck, but a kind of T piece, designed by John Smith, the founder of the distillery with the intention to make a smooth whisky.
Nose: Rich, lively, spicy and citrus fruits
Taste: Lemon cake with a hint of mint
Finish: Creamy lemon meringue-pie
