Beautifully located in the hills near the town of Rothes. What is less well known in Europe, but this is one of the best-selling single malts in the US The emblem contains a leaping salmon and it is customary that, for each caught salmon that is released again in the river Spey , the distillery rewards the fisherman with a bottle of Speyburn whisky.

Nose: Caramel cookies, apple pie, flambéed orang

Taste: Dry spices, dark honey, oak.

Finish: Light but surprisingly long. Spicy.
