The Exclusive Blended Malt of Highland and Speyside TCWC, 1994 20 years, 51,4 % 0,7 L, sherry butt 365 bottles.
Nose: Sherry, almond paste, some barbecue meat lingering as well. Very interesting and pronounced on the nose.
Palate: Nice and creamy and smooth as silk. Wow, the mouthfeel is just exceptional. Flavor is a bit less exciting, but still nice. An aged mild mannered sherry bomb, if such a thing exists? More nuttiness. Some vanilla taffy.
Finish: Mouth-coating long finish. Saltiness comes out. And the hint of barbecue on the nose is back as well. Plenty of oak and sherry notes as well.
